Dialysis Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Nurse to join our team at Henry Ford Health System. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals undergoing hemodialysis treatment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer dialysis treatments and monitor patients' vital signs and medical conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and coordinate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis treatment and related health issues.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN licensure in the State of Michigan.
- At least 12 months of experience in nursing care, including 3 months of experience providing care to maintenance hemodialysis patients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
