Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Nurse to join our team at the Eastpointe Dialysis Center. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Administer dialysis treatments and monitor patients' responses to treatment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Assume charge nurse responsibilities and lead the team in providing high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current State of Michigan RN licensure.
  • At least 12 months of experience in nursing care, including 3 months of experience providing nursing care to maintenance hemodialysis patients.
