Job Description

We're seeking a Network Support Specialist to join our team in Knoxville, Tennessee. As a key member of our NOC, you'll be responsible for supporting ongoing projects and general operations. Your primary focus will be on upgrading EMV chip readers at travel centers across the country and refreshing network hardware and firmware.

You'll work closely with travel techs to ensure project execution is smooth and on-time, while maintaining optimal network operations. This role requires a strong understanding of networking skills at a CompTIA Net+ level and a good work ethic and attitude.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Basic networking skills at a CompTIA Net+ level
  • Experience with routers, switches, LAN/WAN, and IP addressing
