KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the protection and well-being of staff and patrons.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is required.
- Assist in the secure transportation of cash and gaming chips.
- Manage access to restricted zones within the facility.
- Respond to incidents involving guests and employees.
- Monitor the flow of individuals entering and exiting the establishment.
- Identify and report any safety risks.
- Handle incoming calls and provide information to guests as needed.
- May operate company vehicles or equipment requiring a valid driver's license.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
- Foster positive working relationships with all team members.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with the Emergency Response Plan is essential.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
- Minimum of one year of security experience in a hospitality or gaming environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
