Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. This involves collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

The RN demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge, utilizing appropriate age and population-specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate resident care, including assessment, education, and various nursing interventions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel, ensuring safe and reliable administration of resident care
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A graduate degree from a nationally accredited nursing program
  • An unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
  • Department-specific competencies and certifications

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $34.00 - $48.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
