Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the delivery of patient services and ensure adherence to agency policies
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to achieve program goals
  • Manage scheduling, oversight, and ongoing educational initiatives for all professional and support staff involved in direct patient care
  • Establish and monitor a quality assurance program or oversee designated QA personnel
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of medical records with licensing regulations and ethical standards
  • Design and execute educational programs for all team members

Required Qualifications:

  • Current license to practice as a registered professional nurse or equivalent qualifications
  • A minimum of five years of experience in healthcare, including at least two years in a supervisory role within healthcare, homecare, or hospice settings
  • Proven administrative skills with a solid understanding of healthcare policies and program responsibilities
  • A valid driver's license and proof of insurance are mandatory
  • Current CPR certification is required
