Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the delivery of patient services and ensure adherence to agency policies
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to achieve program goals
- Manage scheduling, oversight, and ongoing educational initiatives for all professional and support staff involved in direct patient care
- Establish and monitor a quality assurance program or oversee designated QA personnel
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of medical records with licensing regulations and ethical standards
- Design and execute educational programs for all team members
Required Qualifications:
- Current license to practice as a registered professional nurse or equivalent qualifications
- A minimum of five years of experience in healthcare, including at least two years in a supervisory role within healthcare, homecare, or hospice settings
- Proven administrative skills with a solid understanding of healthcare policies and program responsibilities
- A valid driver's license and proof of insurance are mandatory
- Current CPR certification is required
