Primary Care Medical Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our medical team in Franklin, WI. The successful candidate will have a Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies, current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, and minimum 3 years of post-graduate primary care experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive physical exams for various customers, including federal and defense agencies
  • Provide occupational health exams, including pre-employment and annual physicals
  • Write medical opinions based on provided medical records and evidence
  • Administer telephonic and virtual exams
  • Complete Veterans Benefits Administration Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs)
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited university or college
  • Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • Minimum 3 years of post-graduate primary care/ internal medicine experience
  • Unrestricted State medical licensure without limitations
  • Valid BLS or ACLS certification
  • Ability to obtain DEA license and government clearances
Competitive Compensation Package:

The selected candidate can expect a salary range of $120,000 - $170,000 per year, with a potential annual bonus up to 30%. Our benefits package includes Health and Wellness programs, Income Protection, Paid Leave, and Retirement benefits.

Work Schedule:

A typical work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8-hour workday, with weekend/evening schedules based on operational needs. This position offers a great work-life balance and opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic healthcare environment.
