Our headquarters are in Denver, CO, with additional offices in Missouri, Oregon, and Bangalore, India. For additional information, see our website.

The Opportunity

Dat Services Inc is looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our team working hybrid in Denver, Colorado; Beaverton, Oregon; or remote Seattle, Washington.

At Dat Services Inc, our leaders optimistically share future possibilities to inspire and motivate others toward their full potential. We expect our employees to find ways to embrace positive change, be curious and challenge the status quo, and provide solutions to unmet problems.

Joining Dat Services Inc means joining a culture focused on fostering development, building genuine connections, recognizing each other's strengths and sharing in successes.

We're looking for a Software Engineer that is passionate about building great customer-facing software. You will be working in a full stack TypeScript ecosystem (Node/Angular) to develop code that is reliable, maintainable, and scalable.

As part of a highly collaborative team, you will help establish a new generation of microservices supporting the entry point into Dat Services Inc's load board software - posting.

In this role, you will tackle a variety of stories, from building microservices to creating compelling user experiences on top of the latest web technologies.

Candidate Profile

We're looking for a candidate who is customer-obsessed, and wants to validate the trust our customers put into our platform to run their businesses. You lead with curiosity to ensure problems are well understood before solutions are pursued.

You will thrive when working on cross-functional teams that represent stakeholders beyond just your core team.

You have a pulse on what's happening in the software industry, and constantly look for ways to improve the way you work.

You recognize that delivering value and innovation is enabled through operational excellence, and exercise good judgment in prioritizing the development of quality work.

You bias towards delivering value to customers over analysis-paralysis.

You manage yourself by setting reasonable expectations, and showing strong accountability to your commitments. You build trust and safety by showing vulnerability and asking for help when appropriate.
