About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents. As the Clinical Memory Care Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our memory care program, ensuring that every resident receives personalized support and care.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each resident's needs
  • Lead a team of caregivers in providing exceptional service and support
  • Ensure seamless communication with residents, families, and healthcare providers
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by government agencies
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration and teamwork
Requirements
  • Nursing license required
  • At least 3 years of experience in memory care
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

In addition to a generous salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
