  • Design Vision: Create and articulate a compelling UX strategy that reflects McAfee's brand and product vision, mitigating complexity while enhancing usability and satisfaction.
  • Team Development: Build and mentor a world-class design team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with executive leaders and stakeholders across the organization to align design strategies with product and business goals.
  • User Advocacy: Serve as a fierce advocate for our users, ensuring that their needs are at the forefront of every design decision.
  • Design Systems: Develop and maintain a holistic design process and system that can be scaled across teams and products, ensuring consistency and efficiency in design execution.
  • Innovation & Quality: Lead the development of cutting-edge design solutions that address complex user, product, and business challenges.

About You:
  • 10 years of experience in product design or UX, with a proven track record of leading successful design projects.
  • 5 years of experience managing design teams, with a focus on cultivating talent and driving team performance.
  • 3 years of experience working directly with executive leaders to influence product strategy and direction.
  • A portfolio, website, or other relevant link showcasing your work is required.
