Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced baker to join our commissary team at Maman Corp. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for baking and creating a variety of sweet treats in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
  • Bake and create a range of sweet treats in a specific station
  • Learn and master Maman's proprietary recipes
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with the pastry production supervisor and other bakers to achieve high-quality results
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a back-of-house role, preferably in a bakery or pastry production environment
  • Knowledge of pastry production and ability to lift and move 50lbs
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced kitchen environment and learn quickly
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
