Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced baker to join our commissary team. As a key member of our production team, you will work alongside our pastry production supervisor and other bakers to create delicious treats for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Bake and create in a specific station, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Learn and master our proprietary recipes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every product.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to our strict health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve our goals, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive innovation and growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a back-of-house role, with a passion for baking and a sweet tooth for cookies.
  • Knowledge of pastry production and ability to lift and move 50lbs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and special events.
