As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you will be responsible for gathering and preparing all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements for various types of real estate loans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare mortgage disclosures and other documentation required to process real estate loans while adhering to all lending and regulatory guidelines and policies
  • Order appraisals and title work
  • Track and ensure receipt of required documents
  • Prepare closing documents and arrange loan closings
Requirements
  • Strong working knowledge of mortgage loans and regulatory guidelines
  • Experience with mortgage loan software a plus
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to multi-task, manage multiple files, and meet timing requirements and deadlines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
