Position Overview

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Resident Assistant (RA) adheres to all applicable policies and procedures while operating within the scope of practice designated for Nursing Assistants. The activities performed by the CNA / RA are overseen by the nurse on duty throughout the shift, with the CNA / RA responsible for communicating significant resident information to the nurse during the shift and at the change-of-shift report.

Essential Qualifications:
