The Registered Nurse is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to inmates in a correctional setting. As a Registered Nurse with Wexford Health Sources, Inc., you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care through the nursing process, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
- Direct and guide patient teaching activities, as well as ancillary personnel, to promote a positive and supportive environment.
- Interrelate and work effectively with patients, medical and nursing staff, security personnel, and administrative and support staff to achieve common goals.
- Current Arizona Registered Nursing (RN) License
- Current CPR Certification
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN Preferred
- One (1) year clinical experience, preferred; correctional experience, a plus
