District Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to lead our Mobility Experts store locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Store Leads and Sales Advocates to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Cricket Wireless and Account Managers to ensure alignment and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, provide coaching and feedback, and address any issues.
- Manage inventory levels, ensure accurate ordering, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Cricket Wireless and Ingram Micro.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions.
- 5+ years of experience in retail sales, operations, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, RQ4, and other relevant tools and technologies.
This role requires frequent travel to store locations, with occasional overnight stays. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines, is essential.
