Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to lead our Mobility Experts store locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Store Leads and Sales Advocates to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Cricket Wireless and Account Managers to ensure alignment and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, provide coaching and feedback, and address any issues.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensure accurate ordering, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Cricket Wireless and Ingram Micro.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in retail sales, operations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, RQ4, and other relevant tools and technologies.
Working Conditions

This role requires frequent travel to store locations, with occasional overnight stays. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines, is essential.
