**Job Summary:**

The Medical Office Assistant will work with clients and families to communicate, coordinate, and schedule their care. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
* Working with clients and families to meet their scheduling needs
* Communicating care needs to caregivers assigned to clients
* Conducting home visits to ensure quality of care
* Assisting with other office support duties

**Requirements:**

* Minimum of 2 years office experience
* Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
