Job Description

ReVolt Motors LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects related to the development and implementation of our hybrid electric drivetrain technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Manage technical projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and on budget.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate between engineering, R&D, product development, supply chain, and external partners to align project goals with business objectives and technical capabilities.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide guidance on the technical aspects of projects, understanding the complexities of EV drivetrain systems, battery technologies, and related components.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate project progress, challenges, and achievements.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient allocation of personnel, materials, and capital.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, risk assessments, and post-project reviews.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably within the automotive, electric vehicle, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of EV technology, drivetrain systems, battery management, and vehicle integration.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate and resolve technical challenges.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business objectives.
