Overview:

The Surgical Technologist plays a crucial role in the surgical team, working closely with Registered Nurses to deliver essential technical support during surgical procedures for patients across various age groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the sterile field during operations.
  • Manage surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as delegated by the surgical department.

Educational Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
  • Alternatively, candidates with significant experience in surgical technology may be considered based on qualifications.

Licensure and Certification:

Certification from an accredited surgical technologist program or practical nursing program is preferred.

Work Schedule:

  • Flexible Full-Time Days (United States of America)

Shift Details:

Shift start and end times may vary.

Additional Information:

  • No weekend or holiday shifts required.
  • On-call duties may be necessary.
