Essential Qualifications and Skills
1. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, a valid Florida teaching certificate, and certification in 6-12 mathematics for high school and/or 5-9 mathematics for middle school.
2. At least three years of successful teaching experience.
3. Proven expertise in understanding the Sunshine State Standards, research-based mathematics practices, and effective data analysis techniques.
4. Competence in planning, organizing, and leading professional development for educators.
5. Ability to foster and maintain productive working relationships with educators, administration, district personnel, and the community.
6. Experience in conducting training sessions for adult learners.
