Job Summary

Medline is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join its Continuous Process Improvement Team. This critical role is responsible for optimizing supply chain operations to deliver best-in-class service to patients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain functions and key performance indicators (KPIs), with the ability to analyze large datasets and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and gaps, and develop recommendations for process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and manage change
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize supply chain operations
  • Manage projects related to demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and supply chain operations network planning
  • Provide analysis and reporting to stakeholders, including Information Systems, Divisions, Operations, and Financial Audit
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Information Services, Mathematics, or Applied Statistics
  • At least 1 year of operations and/or inventory management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Access and Excel, with experience calculating figures and amounts
  • Experience communicating to groups of managers, clients, customers, vendors, senior managers, and the general public
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant work experience in project management and data analysis
  • Finance or marketing analysis experience
  • Data and/or statistical analysis experience
  • Experience with Web Focus, SAP, SQL, Tableau, KNIME, TIBCO TDV, or Alteryx
