Key Responsibilities

  • Interviews and Assessments: Conduct interviews to determine the most suitable services for mental health patients and their families.
  • Care Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement care plans that include counseling, support services, treatment methods, and referrals.
  • Reporting and Monitoring: Prepare reports and monitor progress toward treatment goals, ensuring that patients receive the necessary support and resources.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in social work required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience working with children and families preferred.
