Quality Assurance Team Supervisor Job Summary
Quality Assurance Team Supervisors are tasked with project initiation, overseeing customer deliverables, managing team member expectations, and providing general supervision. Continuous training with the team is essential to uphold consistent work standards and effective communication with both customers and employees.
Supervisors travel to manufacturing facilities or warehouses to oversee teams of quality inspectors.
Quality Assurance Team Supervisor Job Responsibilities & DutiesEnsure all teams within designated locations operate in compliance with standards and safety requirements.
Develop operational guidelines and train inspectors on appropriate procedures related to the project.
Manage client relationships effectively.
Act as interim project leader in the absence of the project supervisor.
Conduct inspections of parts.
Guide the work of fellow team members.
Ensure all team members are equipped with the necessary tools and equipment; confirm that equipment is properly checked out.
Communicate with customer/job site representatives as necessary regarding job specifications.
Complete required documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in mandatory training sessions.
Adhere to all employee policies and perform other assigned duties.

Valid Driver's License
Minimum of 1 year in a leadership or management position
