Key Responsibilities

  • Address all service requests, callbacks, and work orders efficiently and effectively
  • Complete maintenance make-ready tasks as assigned
  • Prepare vacant units for new residents
  • Oversee pool and spa maintenance, including chemical balance and cleanliness
  • Maintain the property grounds and maintenance facilities
  • Respond to after-hours emergencies and calls
  • Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in multifamily maintenance
  • Prior experience in painting is preferred
  • Familiarity with various building systems
  • Understanding of the unit turnover process
  • Knowledge of plumbing and pool/spa maintenance
  • Experience with appliance repairs, electrical work, and basic roofing
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required
  • Ability to work a 40-hour week, including on-call rotation; weekend availability is necessary
  • Capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Physical ability to perform medium to heavy work, including prolonged standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, and lifting up to 100 lbs., with frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Good hand-eye coordination is essential, including the ability to use ladders and perform repetitive tasks according to established procedures
