Salary: $95,000 - $145,000 per year

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing construction projects ranging from $250,000 to $15 million or more. You will work closely with field labor to ensure the work is completed safely, on schedule, and meets our quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, schedule, and execute specific project scopes
  • Coordinate with field labor to ensure safe, on-time completion
  • Monitor construction progress and update status weekly
  • Mentor new engineers in their roles
  • Assist the project manager as required

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Bluebeam – intermediate skills in Excel
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems and experience reading mechanical and plumbing drawings
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Relentless commitment to teamwork and client satisfaction
