This position provides the opportunity to learn and gain experience while contributing to the delivery of large-scale industrial construction projects.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering, Management, or a related field and be able to learn and become proficient in functions within the Project Controls department. The role offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as PTO, paid holidays, 401K/Profit Sharing with company match, Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Life, AD&D and Disability benefits, Pet Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, and Paid Volunteer Time Off.

**Responsibilities**

The Project Engineer will participate in Construction Operations Meetings, perform accounting system functions, actively participate in customer entertainment and develop relationships with customers, attend Risk Management training, perform safety audits, participate in Quality Action Teams, understand the company Marketing Plan, and communicate observations of noncompliance with the Guiding Principles and Core Values of the company.
