Job Title: Patient Access Representative

At Community Health Network, we are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Representative to join our team. As a Patient Access Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors entering our facilities, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check in and out patients, schedule appointments, and register patients
  • Verify demographics and insurance information
  • Handle telephone calls and data entry
  • Process authorizations and pre-register patients
  • Collect point of service payments
Requirements:
  • Two years of experience in customer service or a healthcare office setting
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
