Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a designated swimming pool route and perform weekly cleaning services
  • Maintain inventory of chemicals and ensure proper water balance
  • Leverage the Pool Ops mobile application for operational efficiency
  • Assess equipment for repair needs and relay information to the office
Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Capability to lift weights up to 100 lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certified Pool Operator License is advantageous
Bonus Structure:This role includes the potential for an annual bonus based on achieving revenue targets.
