About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. This role is an excellent opportunity for a talented nurse to join our dynamic team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

  • You will manage the efficient flow of patients, including screening, preparation for examination, instructing patients on collection of any necessary samples/tests, and obtaining vital signs.
  • You will notify patients of test results and follow-up appointments and instruct patients and families about medications and treatment instructions.
  • You will manage patient records, including chart entries and posting lab/test results and examination findings.
  • You will schedule tests and treatments, including arranging referrals to a specialist and obtaining pre-authorizations when directed by the provider.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a degree from an accredited school of practical nursing and be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse following state regulations. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospital or clinic setting is preferred.

HCA Healthcare offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
