About the Position:
This Advanced Nursing Practitioner role involves working as part of a healthcare team to provide primary and/or specialized health care services to patients. You will need to possess excellent clinical skills, a strong understanding of nursing principles, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About the Key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include participating in the care of well, acutely ill and chronically ill patients, functioning in various settings such as ambulatory to inpatient care, and developing and implementing individualized plans of care for patients. You will also be responsible for collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
About the Qualifications:
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Texas.
- Credentialed by the State to practice as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
- Prescriptive authority is recommended.
