Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and follow Crumbl recipes accurately
- Measure and mix ingredients using various equipment to create cookies
- Decorate and present the finished products attractively
- Ensure that all finished goods comply with food safety and quality standards
- Welcome customers, respond to inquiries, make suggestions, process orders and payments, and deliver outstanding customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and store, ensuring all equipment is sanitized
- Arrive on time for shifts, prepared, and adhere to Crumbl policies
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective time and resource management, and planning abilities
- Keen attention to detail, particularly when conducting quality checks on ingredients and products
- Basic mathematical and computer proficiency
- Willingness to work independently or collaboratively with team members to resolve issues, fulfill orders, and produce excellent baked goods
- Energetic and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
- TIPS: Our bakers typically earn $2-3 in tips per hour
