What We Are Seeking
We are in search of Fleet Fueling Operators at our Lima facility. The Driver is responsible for the safe transportation of loads, prioritizing safety at all times. We desire a candidate who is passionate about customer service and committed to maintaining safety standards.

At NOCO, you are more than just a driver. You will operate equipment, cultivate relationships with clients, and be empowered to make informed decisions regarding your deliveries, all while being part of a leading team in the energy sector.

Your Responsibilities
  • Operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with applicable state and federal transportation regulations.
  • Safely transport loads in a timely manner along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
  • Skillfully maneuver the vehicle into loading and unloading zones.
  • Confirm the load against shipping documents and ensure accurate delivery of products as instructed.
  • Assist in loading and unloading goods and materials, utilizing specialized equipment when necessary.
  • Maintain signed invoices, shipping bills of lading, and other essential paperwork; deliver documentation to the appropriate personnel upon completion of the delivery route.
  • Ensure the vehicle and equipment are in proper working condition; report any issues to management.
  • Comply with all industry, OSHA, DOT, and company safety regulations and policies.
  • Organize commercial motor vehicles in shipping yards for optimal loading arrangements.
  • Receive shipments of materials while effectively managing warehouse space.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry is preferred.
  • Class B License (minimum required) with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements.
  • Current Medical Certification is required.
  • Must successfully pass background and drug tests as mandated by federal and/or state transportation regulations.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods in a truck cab.
  • Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds at a time.
  • Ability to push/pull up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Occasional exposure to hazardous or caustic chemicals/fuels or fumes.
  • Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
