Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate daily operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates.
  • Provide technical and functional support to staff, including serving as a resource and performing similar duties.
  • Assign, monitor, and review progress of work and compliance with policies and/or procedures.
  • Oversee and evaluate the orientation and training of assigned associates.
  • May provide input in the review and evaluation of staff performance.
  • Work with providers in the clinic and perform administrative duties.
  • Perform vital signs and design, interpret, and implement clinical policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Registered Nurse certification from the Maryland Board of Nursing is required prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Case Manager certification from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) is preferred.
Education
  • Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of cumulative job-specific experience are required.
