We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating daily operations, providing technical and functional support to staff, and overseeing the orientation and training of new associates.
Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate daily operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates.
- Provide technical and functional support to staff, including serving as a resource and performing similar duties.
- Assign, monitor, and review progress of work and compliance with policies and/or procedures.
- Oversee and evaluate the orientation and training of assigned associates.
- May provide input in the review and evaluation of staff performance.
- Work with providers in the clinic and perform administrative duties.
- Perform vital signs and design, interpret, and implement clinical policies and procedures.
- BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Registered Nurse certification from the Maryland Board of Nursing is required prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Case Manager certification from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) is preferred.
- Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of cumulative job-specific experience are required.
