About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Survey Project Manager to join our team at Actalent. As a Survey Department Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support to service center managers throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight on a variety of projects, including topographic, ALTA, Right-of-Way, legals and easements, and other survey project types.
  • Maintain and manage existing client relationships, ensuring strong business development skills and effective communication.
  • Mentor and develop staff, promoting problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Prepare proposals for new opportunities, utilizing strong business acumen and industry knowledge.
  • Track and review key performance indicators for the department, ensuring attention to project details, including scope, schedule, and budget.
Requirements
  • P.L.S. (Professional Land Surveyor) licensed in the state of Arizona.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading a team, with a strong background in survey project management.
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Autocad Civil 3D proficiency, with experience in utilizing the latest technology, including Trimble GPS & Robots, DJI UAVs, and other advanced platforms.
