YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


Oversee and lead the Cage and Credit department, setting operational objectives and monitoring performance metrics.

Assess and authorize credit extensions based on established protocols.

Develop efficient staffing schedules while managing labor costs and ensuring guest satisfaction.


Assist in departmental budgeting processes, providing insights and ensuring adherence to financial targets; communicate any budgetary concerns to management.

Actively promote and exemplify exceptional customer service standards, ensuring compliance among team members and addressing any service issues promptly. Responsible for achieving departmental customer service goals.

Respond effectively to management requests regarding guest interactions and concerns.


Foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members, encouraging repeat visits and job satisfaction.

Conduct thorough investigations into discrepancies, breaches of internal controls, and reporting irregularities.

Manage inventory of operational supplies, ensuring team members have the necessary tools for optimal performance.

Administer recognition programs to enhance employee engagement.

Safeguard the integrity of all assets and oversee the balancing of cage funds.

Review and authorize cage documentation according to established guidelines.

Prepare and review currency transaction reports.

Authorize credit line availability.

Ensure accuracy in transaction logs.

Address guest inquiries while implementing service recovery measures within authorized limits.


Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and report potential issues to senior management.


Guarantee that all staff are trained in CTR and SARC procedures, ensuring all documentation is completed according to compliance standards.

Maintain confidentiality regarding all departmental and organizational matters.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.


A Bachelor's Degree (B.A/B.S.) or equivalent experience; or four to eight years of relevant experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.


Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, email, and database management.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as required.

Ability to compose reports, business correspondence, and procedural documentation.

Capable of effectively presenting information and responding to inquiries from management, clients, and the public.

Proficient in basic arithmetic and able to interpret data presented in graphs.


Must possess strong interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues, resolving conflicts diplomatically.

Familiarity with office equipment and tools is preferred.

SUPERVISORY DUTIES
This position includes supervisory responsibilities.

Oversee staff development and training initiatives.

Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
