Job Overview

Longenecker & Associates is seeking a highly skilled Requirements Management Specialist to join our team. As a Requirements Management Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing proposed requirements changes, implementing systems engineering principles, and conducting requirement reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review proposed requirements changes to Defense Programs Business Process System (DPBPS) content and/or DOE/NNSA Directives content.
  • Implement systems engineering principles, particularly around requirements analysis and mapping/traceability.
  • Conduct requirement reviews pertaining to proposed requirement changes and/or proposed new requirements.

Requirements:

  • Active DOE Q Clearance or DoD TS Clearance Required.
  • Knowledge and experience in Systems Engineering and Systems Engineering Standards.
  • Demonstrated expertise in analyzing requirements and developing requirements crosswalks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience on DOE sites and programs.
  • Experience working with DOE Contracting Sites.
  • Experience with DOE & NNSA Directives and requirements flow-down into processes and procedures.

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

This is a part-time position with a 1-year contract and possibility of extension. As an L&A employee, you will be eligible for a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
