Compensation:

$100,000+ annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of all essential bookkeeping, client interactions, and sales reports to effectively track and communicate progress towards assigned objectives.
  • Stay informed about changes in the insurance industry that may impact clients within your portfolio.
  • Execute marketing strategies, including cold calling and networking, to engage potential clients while also managing a portfolio of existing clients.
  • Customize risk management strategies and client profiles to meet the unique needs of each customer.
  • Engage with current, new, and prospective clients to assess their needs and life priorities before recommending suitable insurance plan options.
Qualifications:
  • Applicants must possess or be willing to obtain an insurance license.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential; prior customer service experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with accounting or sales-related software is beneficial.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, are required.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred; a high school diploma is mandatory.
