At All American Home Care, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Utilize your nursing expertise to deliver exceptional care to patients and their families, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Communicate Effectively: Establish strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams through clear and empathetic communication.
  • Document Patient Care: Accurately and thoroughly document patient care, adhering to reimbursement guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in Quality Reviews: Engage in regular quality reviews and IDT meetings to ensure high-quality patient care and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure
  • Experience in hospice or palliative care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
