Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome every customer warmly and provide support during their shopping experience.
  • Assist customers at the counter and via phone to ensure accurate and timely order placements.
  • Keep the counter area clean and organized at all times.
  • Deliver customer service by researching parts, processing orders, reviewing illustrated parts lists, providing quotes, and addressing customer issues through established protocols.
  • Collaborate with customers, technicians, and suppliers to guarantee the promptness and precision of part orders.
  • Receive and organize inventory by unpacking, sorting, and placing items in designated locations.
  • Utilize computer systems for tracking orders and managing inventory.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Take responsibility for maintaining store cleanliness and overall upkeep.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong reading, counting, writing, and communication skills.
  • Preferred knowledge of small engine and outdoor power equipment.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in computer systems and software applications.
  • Capability to lift at least 50 lbs, bend, squat, or climb, and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility in work schedule.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus.
