Job Overview

The Coca-Cola Consolidated Operator Manufacturing III is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and processes. This role requires a strong technical aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform pre-operation activities on multiple pieces of equipment to ensure proper startup and operation.
  • Operate and monitor equipment during production, performing setup and changeover as needed.
  • Inspect parts and make adjustments or tool changes to maintain quality specifications.
  • Perform scheduled quality assurance tests in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Communicate results with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of high-quality products.
  • Perform housekeeping activities and sanitations on production equipment.
  • Operate equipment such as Palletizing machines, Stretch Wrap machines, and computerized Pallet Tag machines.
  • Unload product from Palletizing machines or load product directly into trailers using Radio Frequency (RF) Tablet.
  • Scan product while safely stacking product in Warehouse bin locations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1 to 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment.
  • Technical, mechanical aptitude for initial basic troubleshooting.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs., stand on feet for prolonged periods, and climb stairs as needed.
  • Weekend work will be required, including some holidays as scheduled to support customer demand.
