Position Overview:

The Senior Compliance and Quality Pricing Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to Estimating System regulations. This includes the creation and delivery of training materials, providing guidance, and fostering collaboration with corporate stakeholders to address overlapping areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the oversight of proposal activities and conduct audits and reviews to pinpoint risks, trends, and areas needing unified direction or standardization.
  • Act as a liaison for clients regarding proposal inquiries, audits, realism assessments, and rate verifications.
  • Collaborate with Government Accounting Compliance (GAC), Legal, Internal Audit (IA), and external parties for audit readiness evaluations and reviews.
  • Lead and devise strategies to address unique requirements, including the formulation of responses or standards.
  • Contribute to the standardization, monitoring, and upkeep of estimating logic, templates, tools, rates, and training materials.
  • Support and oversee audits for Certified Cost or Pricing Data (CCPD) proposals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pricing compliance or pricing analyst role within a federal government context.
  • Proven experience in conducting audits or responding to both internal and external audit requests.
  • Familiarity with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Business Systems and internal controls.
  • Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
  • High School diploma or GED required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, initiative, and creativity in navigating ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting findings to diverse audiences within the organization.
  • Ability to swiftly adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Contracts is preferred.
