The Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District is seeking highly qualified part-time faculty to join our team. As a part-time instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students.
Responsibilities- Teach courses in computer science or computer engineering, or related fields, to students at the Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to support student growth and development.
- Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with the district's academic goals and standards.
- Provide academic advising and support to students to ensure their success.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- Master's degree in computer science or computer engineering, or a related field, or a bachelor's degree in a related field and a master's degree in a related field such as mathematics, cybernetics, business administration, or engineering.
- Equivalent qualifications may be considered, but applicants must submit an equivalency determination form and supporting documentation.
Faculty positions may require long periods of standing and walking in a typical classroom setting. Specific conditions may vary by subject taught.
