We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lead Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading shifts, and contributing to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers, run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Shift Leadership: Lead shifts, supervise employees, and ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the store.
- Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the interior and exterior of the building.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve daily goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on customer satisfaction and store performance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required.
