Job Title: Medical Waste Collector

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Medical Waste Collector. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering medical waste containers to our healthcare customer locations across the Indianapolis area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and deliver medical waste containers to customer locations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with customers
  • Operate a 26-foot box truck safely and efficiently
  • Complete deliveries on time and communicate any changes or challenges to leadership
  • Manage routes and prioritize tasks to ensure timely and effective service
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in delivery or logistics, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to work full-time hours, approximately 40 hours per week
  • Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a road check
  • Flexible and can-do attitude with a strong customer focus
