Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor III or IV to join our team at KLJ. As a Professional Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading projects, ensuring technical excellence, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects and ensure technical execution aligns with KLJ's quality standards.
  • Plan, organize, and manage project elements, including multiple clients and teams.
  • Provide effective communication to project teams, clients, and the public.
  • Coordinate and prioritize the work of field survey crews.
  • Manage multiple project teams in the field and ensure compliance with KLJ safety standards.
  • Utilize strong written and oral communication skills.
Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or equivalent survey field experience.
  • PLS certification.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate motorized vehicles.
Physical Requirements
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
  • Frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 75 pounds.
Working Conditions

This position requires working 40+ hours per week with 95% of the time spent in the field and 5% in the office.
