Position Summary

This Public Health Coordinator role involves providing community outreach, education, and case management services to individuals at high risk for HIV in South Los Angeles. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the local community and be proficient in working with populations living with HIV or at high risk.

Essential Duties
  • Provide confidential risk and medication adherence assessments to clients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to engage patients in local clinics for ongoing care.
  • Coordinate services with other social service providers and collaborate with program staff to promote the program.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience working with at-risk populations and performing outreach.

Estimated Salary: $54,080 per year
