Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the leading authority on Franchise Marketing, focusing on educating potential clients and promoting the available products and services through a consultative sales approach.
  • Engage and develop inbound inquiries related to Franchise Marketing through various communication channels, including phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Identify and pursue new sales prospects through proactive outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to curate targeted prospect lists.
  • Continuously enhance and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and developments.
  • Achieve sales targets and fulfill monthly performance objectives.
  • Utilize the CRM system (Hubspot) to accurately document all interactions with potential clients.
  • Stay informed about and promote new offerings from the franchise group as assigned.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for industry-related events may be necessary.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong listening skills and the capability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently.
  • Self-driven with a commitment to maintaining high standards in all tasks.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and effective use of social media for marketing initiatives.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Public Relations or Marketing. Alternatively, a degree in PR or Marketing from an accredited institution.
  • Experience within the franchising sector is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot CRM is preferred.
