Wellness Ambassador

Job Summary
At Restore Hyper Wellness, we are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Hyper Wellness Representative to join our team. As the face of each Restore location, you will play an integral role in delivering a high-quality customer experience.

As a Hyper Wellness Representative, your primary responsibility will be to greet clients and assist them with Restores wellness services, building strong relationships and ensuring a seamless experience. You will conduct client interviews, recommend appropriate services, and sell service packages and memberships. Additionally, you will be responsible for phone follow-up with existing clients and marketing leads to schedule in-studio services.

In this role, you will also be required to onboard new clients, educating them on Restore services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care. You will maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for all guests and employees, while serving as an expert on Restore products and services. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills will enable you to effectively represent the brand by embodying Restores core values and acting in alignment with the mission and vision of Restore Hyper Wellness and the Hyper Wellness lifestyle.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonuses based on performance.
