We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Stretch Zone - 1115. As the face of our studio, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting the value behind our unique approach to wellness.

• Drive membership sales by greeting guests with a smile, scheduling appointments, and addressing member concerns
• Provide excellent customer service by being proactive, responsive, and results-driven
• Promote the value behind practitioner assisted stretching by hitting sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and continuously improving sales skills
• Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by supporting team goals, building positive relationships with members and team members, and embodying the company's values

• A strong understanding of sales and marketing techniques, with a bonus for experience in a commission-based structure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with guests and members from diverse backgrounds
• The ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines
• A passion for achievement, continuous improvement, and a drive to succeed
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (bonus points)

We offer a competitive salary range of $42,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development. You'll also enjoy a fun, dynamic work environment where you can make a real difference in people's lives.
