About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Manager to join our team, focusing on driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
  • Identify and prospect new healthcare facility clients seeking travel nursing services.
  • Maintain existing client relationships through regular communication and strategic planning.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure client satisfaction throughout the hiring process.
Sales Strategy and Performance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Track and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote staffing solutions and generate leads.
Recruitment Support
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between client needs and candidate qualifications.
  • Provide timely feedback to recruiters regarding client preferences and hiring decisions.
Industry Knowledge and Networking
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory updates.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the agency's presence in the travel nursing market.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in healthcare staffing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of travel nursing or healthcare staffing operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred).
Compensation:
  • A competitive base salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
