About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Manager to join our team, focusing on driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Identify and prospect new healthcare facility clients seeking travel nursing services.
- Maintain existing client relationships through regular communication and strategic planning.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure client satisfaction throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Track and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote staffing solutions and generate leads.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between client needs and candidate qualifications.
- Provide timely feedback to recruiters regarding client preferences and hiring decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory updates.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the agency's presence in the travel nursing market.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in healthcare staffing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of travel nursing or healthcare staffing operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred).
- A competitive base salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
